ALL DATA INPUT (INC. FILE NAMES) MUST BE IN CAPS. The start settings for the Bombe can either be from a text file or keyed directly into the setup form.
The format for a pre-set text file is the field data all on one line separated by commas with a comma after each six elements of the menu and a semicolon at the end. Have a look at bmenu3.txt as an example. (use Wordpad or Edit).
To load a pre-set text data file, click Setup on the Menu Bar at the top of the Setup Window. Key in the text file name and click OK. You can modify the data in the Setup form or click OK.
Now click Trace on the Menu Bar to run in trace mode or click Run to run at maximum speed without trace. The stop will be shown in the Results Window. To continue after the stop click Next on the Menu Bar on the Results Window. To stop the Bombe click on Quit on the Results Window or Finish on the Setup Window.
A new setup can then be either taken from a text file or keyed into the Setup form. To finish completely click Quit on the Setup Window.
